Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellation or no-shows will result in 50% charge of the total service booked and must be paid at time of rebooking. If you are running 15 min late, we may have to reschedule your service. If I do not hear from you, it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment. A $35 deposit is required for new clients to secure appointment.
